depicting my ideas frames a sense of self understanding, but I am not searching for identity. instead, I hope to separate work from self in order to accumulate an unbiased yet lucid sense of story telling. rendered with a rich oil palette, my dreamlike scenes emerge speaking about journeys, nodding towards some destination. persistent curiosity with this process allows layers of meaning to accumulate into a story begging to be told.
